This day we met Jenny at Kahana Bay the sun was shining and the Bay made for a perfect place to jump little tiny baby waves. The downside was it pulls in trash and doesn’t push it back out to sea so it was slightly more dirty than the rest of the beaches. You guys didn’t care….you just wanted to play with the cousins! Lyla you got SO brace jumping waves and would giggle every time you’d get hit in the face. Charlotte, you were tired by the time we got there so you mostly sat on my lap and relaxed. Lyla, you met a boyfriend! He was a native Hawaiian boy about your age. You two played together for almost an hour digging in the sand. At one point I heard you call him Pohley, which is the nickname Olya has for Zach. I DIED laughing. You move fast babe---make a boyfriend and already gave him a pet name. LOL. After we were tired of jumping waves we walked along the bay quite a ways. We collected all sorts of coconuts, leaves and rocks, It was a highlight for me to go on one of our nature walks in this environment. We talked about everything we saw and collected all sorts of treasures. There was also a HUGE rock (kinda like the one Ariel sits on and sings) that Lyla you climbed on. We made it into a boat and pretended to be floating out to sea. It was glorious just learned and playing the 3 of us. Dad was talking a nap. That night Zach and everyone came to hang out and Zach caught the biggest frog in our parking lot that I’ve EVER EVER seen. It was cool and disgusting at the same time. Lyla, you were very intrigued until Zach got to close with it. Then you FLIPPED and cried hysterically. That night we had a picnic outside and then a dance party with glow sticks.
