Who knew a box from IKEA could take us to so many places. We went everywhere from a Jungle Safari to Mars. Thank you girls, for letting into your magical worlds. We kept this box in our and front room for over a month and would do various things with it everyday. At first we poked holes in the top and thread Christmas lights through them to make stars! Lyla wanted the animals to go “up to the sky!” so we use a wrapping paper roll and took them to the stars. that eventually lead to trips to Mars. On another day we painted the inside of it which was a perfect way to finger paint without making a huge mess. You even used your feet to paint. I painted a sky and clouds on the ceiling. Another day we cut windows in the sides and made curtains for them. We also had many o picnics and naps in there. It was great fun. I would love walking past in everyday to find various things you stuffed in there.
